Are all wallet versions updated?
Mobile must have version 1.0.43, desktop Venom Wallet 0.3.148.
You can also try switching from Testnet to Testnet (reserve) in wallets.
Maybe you hit the peak of transactions (the last 3-4 days there are delays and failures with transactions). So… try and you’ll be fine.

Hi, I am using Chrome Ext with Version, 0.3167 unable to use Venom Bridge, I mean the swap works and has converted TVenom to BNB and also recorded in the Venom Wallet but does not get sent over to other wallet (Meta with BNB chain), Requesting assistance to figure this. Is there a support email for testnet?

I have the same problem. I have tried many times but ended in failure, and the venom in my wallet still decreases.

I have the same problem. I tried with Fantom wallet (I have 20 FTM on the wallet for the fees). I tried with BSC and also with ETH.
I tried sending TVENOM and TUSDT, but no success.
Tried 5-6 times and no success, always the error:
Transfer confirmation time has expired. at step 3.
