Hi, I forgot my 12-Digit code, but I can access the account. How can I get the code?

If yes, please follow the steps below.

How to export Seed Phrase

PC/Mac Users

  • Click on Venom Wallet extension
  • Click on Profile picture on top right (Human icon)
  • Select “Manage Seeds”
  • Select your account which you want to export your Seed Phrase
  • Click “Export seed”
  • Enter your password to export

Mobile Users

  • Go to Venom Wallet app
  • Click on Profile picture on top right (Human icon)
  • Select "Export seed phrase"
  • Enter your password to export seed phrase

the user forget password to export seed phrase not seed phrase it self … i am also in the same position with the user
