There is a bug with adding liquidity of pair WVENOM/FTM.
In the process of processing the operation to add liquidity, after the steps taken in the screenshots, I refreshed the page and all the operations disappeared along with the assets that I was going to add to liquidity.

This possibly happens because of the high influx of testers. Just try to do some troubleshooting like clear the cache and refresh the page and see if it works.
