Here - Community | Venom Docs , it says “The Venom blockchain is a community-driven network that empowers participants to shape the ecosystem’s future.” Will the community really influence decisions?

maybe they gonna make a vote using $venom like arb did in their proposal

Yeah, I could also imagine that there will be a Venom Foundation DAO and it would only make sense if they were to use the blockchain native token.
