What is the quantity of Venom tokens required to become a Venom testnet validator, and how to get these tokens?

I did already read the docs, but I didn’t understand where to get the required balance to set up the node.
In the docs example, it was mentioned that we need 20010 Venom. and this is a hug number compared to what we get in the faucet.

I was interested in running node too but with amount of token it will be difficult to do so

Team was mentioned on the last ama, that for now validators are limited. However, they plan to implement decentralisation in the future. So keep fingers crossed, hopefully it will come to us soon.
