This user is banned X Venom foundation

Venom foundation,please help with this, I joined the venom foundation discord server
and i couldn’t get verified. I tried the verifying several times, but it always says access denied.
I left the discord server to join again,
I thought that would help me get verified. While I tried joining again, it tells me these user is banned, how do I solve this please??

Please consider the following

• Your Discord profile should have an avatar set up.
• To complete the verification process and interact in certain channels, a discord account must have been active for at least 14 days.
• Verify that two-factor authentication is activated.

The error I get is invalid link or This user is banned

Another problem, I opened my discord app now and saw that I have been removed and banned from venom pad and venom bridge

Hello. I have a discord (Yurii#4615) that is active for more than 14 days, all conditions are met (avatar installed, two-factor authentication activated). I’ve joined the Venom Pad and Venom Bridge discords, but I can’t join the Venom Foundation discord.
